Thank you for using Wikids ("We", "Us", "Our", "Wikids", "the Application"), an Application made by Wiki-Kids. Wikids is a talking encyclopedia for kids that encourages kids' natural curiosity and keeps them interested with a combination of narration, images and text.

The Applications under this Privacy Policy include the Application "Wikids: Animals, Nature, Countries, Landmarks and Food;" and "Wikids: Space, The Human Body, Musical Instruments, Occupations and Transportation;" its operator, and any person on its behalf, as may be relevant in each reference. The Applications owner is Wiki-kids, a duly registered Israeli partnership, No. 540255700.

We take your kids' privacy seriously (we are also parents). We offer full disclosure in all our current and future apps, with the promise that we'll never do anything to intentionally deceive or harm the relationship of trust we assume between us, our users and their parents.

Our apps are child friendly:
Our apps do not collect, access or transmit any personal information; do not contain any third-party advertising; and do not contain any social media integration.

Analytics information:
We use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics) to help Us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or Our Service. We collect and use this analytics information along with analytics information from other users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual user. We may collect a device ID or other persistent identifier linked to the device or computer that may be used by a child to play Our Application. The data collected will be anonymous and not tied to any personal information.

We collect NO personally identifiable information. We DO NOT collect your phone number, email address, your city, or photos. Any usage statistics we collect are anonymous and there is no account signup process in our apps. We do store information about the device model you are using and the version of your operating system. We store information about your country, to help us decide which languages should be added to the app. We store information about crash reports, telling us where in the app it crashed and what the problem might be. We store information about long the app was used for, how many times it has been opened, and which screens, characters or features are most popular.

Certain features of Our Application may permit In-App-Purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. Such purchases are available only behind a parental gate. If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make In-App-Purchases by selecting the Settings tab for the applicable Application, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases.

Persons under the age of 13:
We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive world. Therefore, the Application does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register, without parental consent. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to register to or download the Application and should not send Us any personal information. In the event that We become aware that We have collected personal information from any child by mistake, We will dispose of that information in accordance with the relevant law. If you are a parent of a child under 13 years of age and you believe your child has provided Us with Personal Information, please contact Us at [email protected] and We will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is deleted from Our systems. If you are between the age of 13 and 18, please obtain your parents' permission prior to registering with Our Platform or providing Us with any Personal Information.
